" I love our new kitchen floor. In the planning stage, they let us take home samples, samples, and more samples until we finally found the perfect product. Then when our floor unexpectedly needed some serious leveling done from under the house, they got people over here the same morning and made sure it was properly done. One on One lost a day's work because of the delay, but they still managed to finish within the original 2-day timeframe. The installation guys were very neat, polite, and took pride in their work. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house as well. Job well done!
